Correspondence and financial files, box office and marketing files, production files, reviews and programs, staff and production photographs and videotapes, press releases, clippings, and scrapbooks documenting a community theater formed in 1969 and disbanded in 1987. The records document extensively the theater's financing efforts, including files regarding grants, budgeting, business plans, and accounting. There are also substantial files relating to marketing and publicity, and to the theater's productions and personnel. Production files for each play include photographs, correspondence and memoranda, cast and technical information, and promotional materials.
